1. Acceptance of terms

By using atphosting24 services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use immediately.

We provide hosting, domains, email and server products with 99.9% uptime SLA. Service credits are issued per our SLA terms.

Services are billed in advance. Auto-renewal is enabled by default. You can cancel anytime from the Client Area.

30-day money-back guarantee on hosting plans. Domains, SSL and add-ons are non-refundable once activated.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license only to host and serve it.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend service for non-payment or AUP violation.

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lao PDR. Disputes shall be resolved in Vientiane courts.
