Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This policy defines prohibited activities on ATPHOSTING24 services.

1. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, identity theft, or scam operations.
• Malware hosting, botnet control, unauthorized port scanning, or attack traffic.
• Spam campaigns, mass unsolicited email, or abusive automation.
• Copyright or trademark infringement and distribution of pirated materials.

2. Resource Abuse

• Clients must not run workloads that destabilize shared infrastructure.
• Services generating excessive abuse reports may be limited or suspended for investigation.

3. Security Requirements

• Maintain strong authentication and software updates.
• Respond to security notices within the requested time window.
• Remove malicious files or vulnerable scripts when notified.

4. Enforcement

• ATPHOSTING24 may suspend or terminate services for policy violations.
• Urgent abuse cases can be acted on immediately to protect network and customers.
